Ground Ink Landscape Architects has completed the Landscape Design and documentation for the redevelopment of Westmead Catholic Community School, NSW, for the Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese.

The project delivers a new six-storey education facility accommodating up to 1,680 students, with 52 General Learning Area classrooms, contemporary learning spaces, student amenities, landscaped surrounds and expansive rooftop play areas.

The Ground Ink team developed a series of outdoor spaces including a new entry and public gathering space from Darcy Road, landscaped areas and rooftop play environments. These spaces provide opportunities for students to gather, play, connect with nature and engage with the landscape as an extension of the learning environment.
