Situated at the foothills of the Illawarra Escarpment, this playground formed an integral component of the green space network developed as part of the Tullimbar housing subdivision. The park responds to the site content through the selection of appropriate coastal sandy loam plant species and has introduced larger tree specimens to provide shade and amenity.

The park contains a mix of soft and hard landscape materials and caters for varying age groups. Mixed play opportunities are provided and BBQ amenities have also been incorporated to accommodate both small to larger group gatherings.

GROUND iNK considered Multi-age group playground design principles, creating a vibrant, family focused and connected community park where people are encouraged to play and stay. This resulted in a desirable destination for both the local residents and the greater community to enjoy.
