GROUND iNK was commissioned by Greenland Developments as Landscape Architect for the concept design and documentation for this sophisticated medium density residential development in the Hornsby Shire suburb of Waitara. Collaborating with Zouk Architects the GROUND iNK team developed a contemporary landscape treatment for this project based around a predominately shade tolerant and textural planting palette.

The landscape treatment of this project focused on reinforcing the local site character and the creation of a recognisable street presence in a street dominated by similar architectural forms. The site provided opportunities to celebrate the local urban context and this was accentuated in the landscape design via the selection of site appropriate shade tolerant species and locally sourced materials.
