The site is located within the Lachlan’s Line Precinct, which is a former industrial site envisaged to become a high-density, transit-oriented and mixeduse neighbourhood. The strategy for the development is to provide Macquarie Park with a lifestyle driven apartment complex with a mix of investment and affordable housing options. Set within the vibrant development precinct of Lachlan Line, the development seeks to develop a trio of residential buildings within substantial landscaped setbacks to compliment the Halifax Street linear park, large internal communal lawn featuring native and exotic trees, palms and communal cabana intended to soften the visual impact of the new development and to provide occupants with high quality amenities befitting the character of the development.

Collaborating with AJ+C Architects, the GROUND iNK team developed a vibrant and contemporary landscape treatment for this high density residential project.
