GROUND iNK was appointed as Landscape Architect for the concept design and DA submission for this ambitious mixed-use development precinct in the suburb of Leppington. Collaborating with Rothelowman Architects, the GROUND iNK team developed a vibrant, organic and contemporary landscape approach that provides the green fabric which connects the extensive public domain with the communal and private open space opportunities provided in the spaces between the proposed multi-building residential precinct.

The Landscape Design was developed to merge seamlessly with the surrounding architecture. This is achieved by directly responding to sweeping curves of the built forms, podium and facade. Numerous spaces were crafted to blend into the spaces in between which offers residents the opportunity to relax, play and socialise. The street public domain was softened by incorporating planted terracing to reduce the visual impact of the significant change in grade from the street to the podium below.
