202 Byron Road, Leppington is located within the Leppington Major Centre Precinct boundary. It will contain over 500 apartments including several common landscape spaces. Ground Ink produced concept and DA documentation working closely alongside Rothelowman Architects. The project also included a linear community park, which was to be part of a wider network within the Leppington area. Several public works of art are proposed to create a unity with the residential development and public domain.
